Planet
Squared accepts payment by most major credit
cards through our secured website. Orders placed today for art, music
or concert tickets will be privately delivered to your front door
within 3 - 5 business days.
We guarantee that you will not encounter defective merchandise,
but if by chance you do, simply return the product within thirty
(30) days from the date of purchase for a replacement at no charge.

delivered to your front door within 3 - 5 business days. A signature
may be required at the time of delivery, so we do not deliver to
PO Boxes.
Planet
Squared is required to collect sales tax for orders delivered in
the State of California. CA residents, 7.75% will be applied to
your order. Outside of California, no sales tax will be applied.
Planet
Squared accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB,
Diner’s Club, as well as VISA and Mastercard sponsored debit cards.
For your protection, all credit card orders are encrypted, secured
and privately processed by our Authorized Service provider "2checkout.com".
To add an item to your shopping cart, just select "Buy It".
You can review the items in your shopping cart at any time by selecting
view
cart / checkout. To process your order, just select "checkout"
and follow the simple instructions. You will then receive an automatic
email confirming your order.
Items
must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase
unopened in there original packaging. To credit your account correctly,
you will need to request an Authorization # through Customer
Support prior to returning merchandise. Please include the Authorization
# in the Return Merchandise Form located on the reverse side of
your Sales Receipt along with the returned item(s). Please note,
Planet Squared is unable to refund merchandise that has been opened,
used, altered or damaged. To avoid any problems, please make sure
to re-pack the merchadise in the original shipping package. Planet
Squared does not accept COD's and the customer is responsible for
the cost of returning items. In the event of damage incurred through
delivery, please contact Customer Support
for assistance.
All
information that is submitted to Planet Squared is never shared,
sold, traded, or in any way released unless we are required to comply
with a legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena or court
order; to protect the corporation's rights and property; to investigate
reports of users sending material using a false e-mail address or
users sending harassing, threatening, or abusive messages; to protect
against misuse or unauthorized use of our web site and/or the Planet
Squared, Inc's products or services; or during emergencies, such
as when we believe someone's physical safety is at risk. If your
purchase is made through an Authorized Retailer or Affiliate, your
name, e-mail address, and the amount of your purchase will only
be shared for accounting purposes. Planet Squared eNews as well
as monthly our updates for Featured Artists are complimentary electronic
communications sent directly to its registered subscribers by Planet
Squared, Inc. and you can unsubscribe at any time.
