Payment by Credit Card

To purchase new vinyl albums and records, we accept payment by Zelle from all major banks in the USA such as VISA, MasterCard, and debit cards.

To place your order: email your name and mailing address to service@planetsquared.com and include the album title. You will then receive simple instructions to confirm your order which will be shipped to you via USPS mail in the USA.

For your protection, all credit card orders are encrypted, secured and privately processed by Zelle. Just open up your bank app on your phone to send payment by Zelle to Planet Squared Inc.

Concert tickets for our shows can be purchased by credit card at the venues listed on our website, Bandsintown and EventBrite. Just print out a receipt of your tickets and bring it to the front door of the venue with your ID on the day of the event.

Delivery

All orders placed for new vinyl records and albums will be delivered via USPS media mail within 7- 10 business days. A signature may be required at the time of delivery, so we do not deliver to PO Boxes. All official merchandise, new vinyl albums and music records are currently only available for delivery in the USA.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for orders delivered in the State of California. CA residents, 7.75% will be applied to your order. Outside of California, no sales tax will be applied.

Return Policy

All vinyl records and albums sold from our record label are new, high quality and sealed in a shrink wrapped jacket by the manufacturer. All purchased items online must be unopened and sealed in the original shrink wrapped jacket if you wish to return the product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a refund. Planet Squared is unable to refund merchandise that has been opened, used, altered or damaged. Please make sure to re-pack the merchandise in the original shipping box. Customer is responsible for the cost of returning items. Planet Squared does not accept COD's.

Concert tickets are non-refundable unless the show is canceled by the venue. If the venue has to reschedule to another date because of a flood, fire, act of God or national emergency, we will immediately notify you. All pre sale tickets purchased for the show will be honored and accepted at the rescheduled date and location.

Exclusive Privacy Policy

All information that is submitted to Planet Squared is never shared, sold, traded, or in any way released unless we are required to comply with a legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order; to protect the corporation's rights and property; to investigate reports of users sending material using a false e-mail address or users sending harassing, threatening, or abusive messages; to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our web site and/or the Planet Squared, Inc's products or services; or during emergencies, such as when we believe someone's physical safety is at risk. If your purchase is made through an Authorized Retailer or Affiliate, your name, e-mail address, and the amount of your purchase will only be shared for accounting purposes. Planet Squared Music & Entertainment concert updates are complimentary electronic communications sent directly to our music fans and record label supporters and you can unsubscribe at any time.
